Since 2006, different areas- have been adapted in and around Adyar, Tiruvanmiyur, Kottivakkam , Uthandi, and also in Temple Grounds and around the pond (kulam) of his native village Seliamedu.

Long living and tall growing type of trees like Nagalingham , Sivadhanya , thadusu (Stercoila) , Mahagone, Mahizham, Almond tree (padam) Indian Tulip(Spethodia) , tabebuia, Jamoon & Fig saplings have been planted & grown, subsequently Media dubia, Kumili & Kadamba have been added.

THE GAME OF LIFE




We should not stand & stare


At life ,because we have to share & care


Debiting love & affection


Crediting its reflection


As life is not accountable to us,


We are accountable to life


As the folios turn to showstock in trade


Boys are sundry debts,girls are sundry creditors


One of each makes the balance sheet complete tally


Realising the truth soulfully is paramount


All other vestments are really nil account


As some people are wise,


Others may be otherwise


Never take life seriously


As things may move precariously


People have to bury their desires


As all that lives are fruitless fires


You have to stand there bravely


Not be afraid to run away timidly


Until the last transaction is over

Like life and death, fines and taxes are inevitable

The annoying soliciting afternoon calls which keep you awake

The varied ways of making the wages are so strong

Because fine is a tax for doing wrong

As tax is a fine for doing the good

May it be so, all the monies are yours or govt.’s food



In life, let all your deeds be fine,

Death is the final call alike for a do -gooder or a sinner

From the creator who is always the winner



Yearn for more, to make your life fine

Earn more and more to pay all tax or fine

All the clings and clanging coins can change

the rich and famous or the bold and beautiful in your range



The desperate wives may keep the doctor in the house

Only to make him play, hide and seek with the mouse

Many a debt and tax may make his pleasure minimal

Honey, it is the money, differentiating animals from manimal



Lucky I am not in debt

But indebted to Ankala who is so adept

In making me find syntaxes so fine

And hang on at the favorite site of mine



The moving finger writes on

Having writ it has gone

So don’t borrow the sorrows from tomorrow
